| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- P. caelata was the name given by Moore to the species misidentified as Phalaena caudata Fabricius, 1781, by Walker, 1861, List Specimens lepid. Insects Colln Br. Mus. 23: 817. P. caelata was later redescribed by Moore, 1888, in Hewitson & Moore, Descr. new Indian lepid. Insects Colln late Mr W.S. Atkinson: 257. |
