Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Pseudotelphusa Janse, 1958, is not a junior homonym of * Pseudotelphusa Marshall, 1873, Nomencl. zool.: 418, which is an incorrect subsequent spelling of Pseudothelphusa Saussure, 1857, Revue Mag.
