| Memo: | Hemming (1967) stated:- The name Argyrophenga has commonly, though incorrectly, been treated as having been first published in 1848 (Lep. Spec. lep. Ins. Brit. Mus., Appendix : 31), whereas it was in fact first published in November 1845. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008). |
