Memo: Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Stenoptinea was established to denote a subgenus of Homosetia Clemens, 1863. Robinson (2001) included the type-species of CELESTICA Meyrick, 1917, angustipennis Herrich-Schäffer, 1854, in the genus STENOPTINEA Dietz, 1905. Robinson (2001) included 3 species in the genus.
