| Memo: | Hemming (1967) stated:- An Incorrect Subsequent Spelling or an Unjustified Emendation - of Sicyonia Hübner, 1816). When, as already noted, the Commission suppressed the name Sicyonia Hübner and placed that name on the Official Index of Rejected and Invalid Generic Names in Zoology, it took the opportunity also to place on that Index the spelling Sycionia, allotting it the Name No. 381. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008). |
