| Memo: | Cowan (1970: 17) stated:- G. R. Gray, "1852" Cat. lep. Ins. Coll. B.M. (1) Papilionidae was published on [8 Jan. 1853], see Sherborn, 1934, Ann. Mag. nat. Hist. (10) 13 : 311. Only two minor corrections under Sericinus and Taduma [Cowan appears to have misspelt Tadumia here!] seem to be required. Cowan (1970: 55) stated:- "1852 to read - [1853]", [type-species page]. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008). |
