Memo: Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- Both Temnora and natalis were Boisduval manuscript names that were made available by Walker. Boisduval, [1875] 1874, in Boisduval & Guenée, Hist. nat. Insectes (Spec. gén. Lépid. Hétérocères) 1: 289 incorrectly attributed to himself the authorship of Temnora Walker, 1856. TEMNORA was included within the subfamily SPHINGIDAE: MACROGLOSSINAE by Lemaire & Minet, in Kristensen (1999). Kitching & Cadiou (2000) list ASPLEDON Boisduval, 1875; DIODOSIDA Walker, 1856; EULOPHURA Holland, 1889; GURELCA Kirby, 1880; LOPHURA Herrich-Schäffer, 1854; LOPHURA Walker, 1856; LOPHURON Wallengren, 1865 and OCYTON Boisduval, 1875 as junior names of TEMNORA Walker, 1856.
