| Memo: | Praethera Viidalepp, 1980 was established to denote a subgenus of Thera Stephens, 1831 and was raised to generic level by Inoue, Sugi, Kuroko, Moriuti and Kawabe, 1982, Moths of Japan Vol. 2 : 283. Parsons et al. (1999) included CORYTHEA Duponchel, 1845 as a junior synonym of THERA Stephens, 1831. Parsons et al. (1999) included 23 species and 14 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus THERA. |
