Memo: Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- Trichofeltia Barnes & Benjamin is a junior objective synonym and also a junior homonym of Trichofeltia McDunnough, [1929 April] 1928. Trichofeltia Barnes & Benjamin, in the Noctuidae, Hadeninae is cited here as it was not included in Nye, 1975, Generic Names Moths World 1. Poole (1989) included TRICHOFELTIA Barnes & Benjamin, (preoccupied) as a junior synonym of TRICHOFELTIA McDunnough, 1929.
