Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- V. delineata is a junior subjective synonym of Nisista notodontaria Walker, 1860, ibidem 21: 294. Vunga was originally proposed in the Notodontidae, but has since been transferred to the Geometridae, where it was placed by Meyrick, 1892, Proc. Linn. Soc. N.S.W. (2) 6:667. See also Nisista Walker, 1860. Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- Vunga was established in the Notodontidae; it was placed in the Geometridae by Meyrick, 1892, Proc. Linn. Soc. N.S.W. (2) 6: 667. Parsons et al. (1999) included SYMMIGES Turner, 1919; and VUNGA Walker, 1865 [April 29] as junior synonyms of NISISTA Walker, 1860.
