Memo: Nye (1975) stated:- B. annulata is a junior subjective synonym of Phalaena confusa Hufnagel, 1766, Berlin. Mag. 3 (4): 414. Incorrect type-species designation: Noctua conspersa [Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775, a name not originally included in Zeteolyga and not linked with one of the originally included names, when cited by Tams, 1939, Entomologist 72: 141. Poole (1989) included MISELIA Ochsenheimer, 1816; ZETEOLYGA Billberg, 1820 (as ZETOLYGA Billberg, 1820); HARMODIA Hübner, 1820; EPIA Hübner, 1821; DIANTHOECIA Boisduval, 1834; ADENA Agassiz, 1847; ENTERPIA Guenée, 1850; ANEPIA Hampson, 1918; and ANEDA Sukareva, 1973 as junior synonyms of HADENA Schrank, 1802.
