Memo: Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- Acsala was established in the Arctiidae; it was transferred to the Lymantriidae by Fergusson, 1978, in Dominick, Moths Am. N. of Mexico 22 (2): 15, [in error] ACSALA was included within the subfamily ARCTIIDAE: LITHOSIINAE by Kitching & Rawlins, in Kristensen (1999).
