| Memo: | Nye & Fletcher (1991) included BATRACHEDRA in the family COLEOPHORIDAE, although they listed the family BATRACHEDRIDAE in theie "Preface" without assigning any genus-group names to it. Hodges, in Kristensen (1999) included BATRACHEDRA in the subfamily BATRACHEDRIDAE : BATRACHEDRINAE. Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Batrachedra was included in the "Cosmopterygidae" by Fletcher, 1929, Mem. Dep. Agric. India (Ent.) 11: 31; it was included in the Momphidae by Sattler & Tremewan, 1974, Bull. Br. Mus. nat. Hist. (Ent.) 30: 202; and included in the Coleophoridae Batrachedrinae by Hodges; 1983, in Hodges et al., Check List Lepid. Am. N. of Mexico: 17. |
