Memo: Nye (1975) stated:- Benjaminiola was proposed as the objective replacement name for Buchholzia Barnes & Benjamin, 1926. Poole (1989) included BENJAMINIOLA in the subfamily AMPHIPYRINAE, subsequently restricted to the genus AMPHIPYRA by Kitching & Rawlins, in Kristensen (1999). Other genera formerly treated in the subfamily AMPHIPYRINAE are treated as HADENINAE by Kitching & Rawlins (1999). Poole (1989) included BUCHHOLZIA Barnes & Benjamin, 1926; and EUBUCHHOLZIA Barnes & Benjamin, 1929 as junior synonyms of BENJAMINIOLA Strand, 1928. Poole (1989) included only 1 species in the genus BENJAMINIOLA.
