Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- This genus was originally proposed in the Chrysaugidae (now Pyralidae), but has since been transferred to the Geometridae, where it was placed by Felder & Rogenhofer, 1875, Reise öst. Fregatte Novara (Zool.) 2 (Abt.2) Inhalts-Verz. Tafeln 108 bis 140: 5. Parsons et al. (1999) included BURSADA Walker, 1865; and CYRTOCHILA Felder, 1874 as junior synonyms of CTIMENE Boisduval, 1832.
Type Comments: Fletcher (1979) cites "[Moluccas], Ternate Island; Halmahera Island (Gilolo)" as the type data.
