| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- C. lugens is a junior subjective synonym of Calospila posthumaria Herrich-Schäffer, 1855, Samml. neuer oder wenig bekannter aussereur. Schmett. 1 (1): pl.78, fig.447, the type-locality of which is Brazil. This genus was originally proposed in the Lithosiidae (now Arctiidae), but has since been transferred to the Geometridae; I have not found any published reference to the transfer. Parsons et al. (1999) included CADYANDA Walker, 1856 [May 10]; HYALOPOLA Warren, 1904; and HYALOSPILA Warren, 1894 as a junior synonyms of LOCHA Walker, 1854 [May 13]. | |
