Memo: Fletcher & Nye (1984) stated:- Canuza was established in the Crambidae, now Pyralidae Crambinae; it was transferred to the Pyralidae Pyraustinae by Bleszynski, 1962 Coridon (A) 3 [3], who was evidently unaware that Canuza had already been removed from the Crambinae to the Pyralidae Odontiinae by Munroe, 1961, Can. Ent. (Suppl.) 24: 5. The Munroe placing has been adopted in this catalogue. Shaffer (pers. comm.) treats CANUZA in the CRAMBIDAE: ODONTIINAE.
