Memo: Nye (1975) stated:- A junior homonym of Catephiodes Hampson, 1905, Cat. Lepid. Phalaenae Br. Mus. 5: vii, 36, -Lepid., Noctuidae. The objective replacement name is Anophiodes Hampson, 1913. See: ANOPHIODES Hampson, 1913. Poole (1989) included CATEPHIODES Bethune-Baker, 1908 as a junior synonym of ANOPHIODES Hampson, 1913.
