| Memo: | Record from the BMNH card index of Lepidoptera names. The index card gives CELERENA Walker, 1865: 164 as an invalid redescription of CELERENA Walker 1862. The type-species designation accompanying the re-description is invalid because of the previous monotypy (Fletcher, 1979). The index card also gives CELERENA Walker, 1865: 164 as a junior synonym of CRASPEDOSIS Butler, 1877: 767, but this is treated as a valid genus in the ENNOMINAE by Parsons et al. (1999). |
