| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- A junior homonym of Ceratorhynchus Agassiz, 1829, in Spix, Selecta genera species Piscium ... Brasil... (Memoriae J.B. de Spix): 10 - Pisces. There is no objective replacement name but C. deletarius is currently treated as congeneric with Geometra coronata Hübner, [1813], the type-species of Chloroclystis Hübner, [1825]; the latter is thus available as a subjective replacement name. C. deletarius is a junior subjective synonym of Eupithecia filicata Swinhoe, 1892, Trans. ent. Soc. Lond. 1892: 1. See: CHLOROCLYSTIS Hübner, [1825] 1816. Parsons et al. (1999) included CERATORHYNCHUS Hampson, 1893; and THAMNOCAUSTA Warren, 1903 as junior synonyms of ARDONIS Moore, 1888. |
