| Memo: | Hemming (1967) stated:- The nominal species Papilio aello is currently considered subjectively on taxonomic grounds to represent the same taxon as that represented by the older-established nominal species Papilio glacialis Moll, 1785 (in Schrank & Moll, Naturh. Briefe Oesterreich 1 : 102). Cowan (1970: 44) stated:- "(15/16) to read (Livr. 18)", [genus part]. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008). |
