| Memo: | Fletcher (1979) stated:- A junior homonym of Aetheolepis Woodward, 1895, Mem. geol. Surv. N.S.W. (Palaeont.) 9: 12 - Pisces. There is no objective replacement name, but A. papillosa is currently treated as congeneric with Geometra coronata Hübner, [1813], the type-species of Chloroclystis Hübner, [1825]; the latter is thus available as a subjective replacement name. See: CHLOROCLYSTIS Hübr, [1825] 1816. Parsons et al. (1999) included AETHEOLEPIS Warren, 1896; CHLOROPLINTHA Warren, 1897; DYSERGA Petersen, 1909; GYMNOPERA Warren, 1896; OLIGOCLYSTIA Bastelberger, 1911; SESQUIPTERA Warren, 1896; and SIMOTRICHA Warren, 1897 as junior synonyms of CHLOROCLYSTIS Hübner, 1825. |
