Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- Proposed unnecessarily as an objective replacement name for Pygmaena Boisduval, 1840, which is not preoccupied by Pygmaea [G. Humphreys], 1797. See: PYGMAENA Boisduval, 1840. Parsons et al. (1999) included COLUTOGYNA Lederer, 1853 as a junior synonym of PYGMAENA Boisduval, 1840.
