Memo: Nye (1975) stated:- Corynitis was proposed for C. penicillalis, with one other species mentioned for comparsion. Poole (1989) included CORYNITIS in the subfamily HERMINIINAE. Poole (1989) included only 1 species in the genus CORYNITIS.
