Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- An unjustified emendation of Kymatophora Treitschke, 1835, and a junior homonym of Cymatophora Hübner, 1812, Samml. exot. Schmett. 1: pl.[205] - Lepid. Geometridae. The `Index universalis' was published as Fascicle 12 of the Nomencl. zool.; Cymatophora is dated from the wrapper of Fascicle 12, not from its title-page which is dated 1846.
