| Memo: | Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Dryadaula was included in the "Lyonetiadae" by Fletcher, 1929, Mem. Dep. Agric. India (Ent.) 11: 71; it is placed in the Tineidae on the advice of our colleague Dr G.S. Robinson. DRYADAULA was included within the subfamily TINEIDAE: DRYADAULINAE by Davis & Robinson, in Kristensen (1999). Robinson (2001) included SLITEREIA Sachkov, 1996, irinae Sachkov, 1989, as a junior synonym of irinae Savenkov, 1989, placed in the genus DRYADAULA Meyrick, 1893. Robinson (2001) included the type-species of ARCHIMEESSIA Zagulajev, 1970; CHOROCOSMA Meyrick, 1893; CHOROPLECA Durrant, 1914; DIACHALASTIS Meyrick, 1920; ERESSOXESTA Gozmany & Vari, 1973; OPSODOCA Meyrick, 1919; REINHARDIA Sachkov, 1996; STROPHALINGA Gozmany & Vari, 1973; and THERMOCRATES Meyrick, 1936 in the genus DRYADAULA Meyrick, 1893. Robinson (2001) included 41 species in the genus. |
