| Memo: | Hemming (1967) stated:- An Unjustified Emendation of Eueides Hübner, 1816). Scudder made it clear that the spelling Eisides was a deliberate emendation by himself of the name Eueides Hübner (misspelled Eieides by Scudder) by citing that name in brackets (parentheses) after the spelling Eisides, at the same time giving a reference (though in incomplete form) to the place where Hübner's name Eueides was published. The higher classification used here follows Lamas (2008). |
