Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- A junior homonym of Electra Lamouroux, 1816, Hist. Polypiers coralligènes flexibles: 120 - Bryozoa. There is no objective replacement name, but G. ruptata is a junior subjective synonym of Phalaena corylata Thunberg, 1792, Diss. ent. sistens Insecta Suecica (4): 61, pl., fig.[11], the type-species of Electrophaes Prout, 1923. The latter is thus available as a subjective replacement name. See: ELECTROPHAES Prout, 1923. Parsons et al. (1999) included ELECTRA Curtis, 1836 as a junior synonym of ELECTROPHAES Prout, 1923.
