Memo: Fletcher (1979) stated:- A junior homonym of Ellopia Treitschke, 1825, and a junior objective synonym of Hylaea Hübner, 1822. Ellopia was again proposed by Stephens, 1829 [July], Syst. Cat. Br. Insects (2): 122. See: HYLAEA Hübner, 1822. Parsons et al. (1999) included ELLIOPIA Stephens, 1829; ELLOPIA Treitschke, 1825; and THERINA Hübner, 1823 as junior synoynms of HYLAEA Hübner, 1822.
