| Memo: | Nye & Fletcher (1991) included EPELEUSTIA in the subfamily OECOPHORIDAE: DEPRESSARIINAE, treated by Hodges, in Kristensen (1999) as a subfamily of ELACHISTIDAE. Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- The type-species is a junior primary homonym of Tinea liturella [Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775, Ankündung syst. Werkes Schmett. Wienergegend: 137.
