Memo: Watson, Fletcher & Nye (1980) stated:- T. druryi was established for the concept misidentified by Cramer, 1775, Uitlandsche Kapellen (Papillons exot.) 1: 7, pl.4, figs F, G as Sphinx coarctata Drury, 1773, Illust. nat. Hist. exot. Insects 2: index, 46, fig. The syntypes of T. druryi Hübner are therefore the specimens represented by Cramer's 1775 figures F and G. TRICHURA was included within the subfamily ARCTIIDAE: ARCTIINAE by Kitching & Rawlins, in Kristensen (1999).
