genus - Genus name
species - Species name
chromon - Haploid number of chromosomes (n)
armn- Number of arms
macrop - Number of macrochromosome pairs
microp - Number of microchromosome pairs
norpos - Position of NOR (nucleolus organiser regions) - either micro or macro
norpair - Pair of chromosomes NOR is located on
its - Number of ITS (interstitial telomeric sequences)
pair1 to *pair14 - The morphology of each macrochromosome pair based on the centromeric index. Metacentric (meta), submetacentric (submeta), subtelocentric (subtel) or telocentric (telo)
i1 to i14 - A quantitative measure of the morphology information. Distance from centromere to telomere for each macrochromosome pair.
