- File 2: Aligned sequence data for ITS (1-620 bp), ndhF-rpL32 (621-1446 bp) and waxy (1447-3121 bp) for the 36 accessions sampled in the preliminary 3-locus phylogenetic analyses. Names of accessions are as displayed in the figures of Appendix S1 (see also Appendix 1 for list of GenBank accession numbers).
