- tips - Code for sample, also the names used in the tips of the phylogeny
- genus - Genus name
- species - Species name
- Binomial - Binomial name from Uetz et al 2022 The Reptile Database.
- chromon - Haploid number of chromosomes (n)
- armn - Number of arms
- macrop - Number of macrochromosome pairs
- microp - Number of microchromosome pairs
- norpos - Position of NOR (nucleolus organiser regions) - either micro or macro
- norpair - Pair of chromosomes NOR is located on
- its - Number of ITS (interstitial telomeric sequences)
- pair1 to pair14 - The morphology of each macrochromosome pair based on the centromeric index. Metacentric (meta), submetacentric (submeta), subtelocentric (subtel) or telocentric (telo)
- i1 to i14 - A quantitative measure of the morphology information. Distance from centromere to telomere for each macrochromosome pair.
- Binomial_Marcello - Original binomial prior to correct
