File explaining where to add missing species to the taxonomy of Claramunt et al 2025.
Column contents are as follows.
- Species. Name of missing species.
- Simple. Is the taxon simple to add to the tree, i.e. can it just be added to an existing tip (yes) or does it require more complicated coding (no)? YES/NO.
- Tip. For simple additions, the name of the tip that the missing species should be grafted onto. Otherwise the name of the group the missing species needs to be grafted onto.
- Branch. The divergence time for the branch length of the new branch added when the missing species is grafter to the tree.
- Justification. Justification for decisions in the previous columns.
- Source. Reference for the decision.
