| Memo: | Fletcher & Nye (1982) stated:- Tortyra was established in the Tineidae; it was placed in the Glyphipterigidae by Meyrick, 1910, Trans. ent. Soc. Lond. 1910: 462; and transferred to the Choreutidae by Heppner, 1977, Proc. ent. Soc. Wash. 79 (4): 635. Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:- Tortyra was included in the "Glyphipteryidae" by Fletcher, 1929, Mem. Dep. Agric. India (Ent.) 11: 228; it was transferred to the Choreutidae by Heppner, 1977, Proc. ent. Soc. Wash. 79: 635. |
