Intraspecific variation in harbour porpoise cochleae

The analyses require the two tidied datasets odontocete-data-landmarks.csv and odontocete-data-linear.csv. Raw data sources used to build these are cochlea-measurements.csv, curves.csv, echo-metadata.csv and landmark data for each species which is either provided here for all Phocoena phocoena specimens, or can be found at https://doi.org/10.5519/0082968 for other odontocetes.
